Refund policy

Items purchased from Klasē Boutique are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days after delivery only. No refunds.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE
May not be returned.

TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
