Returns & Exchanges
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Klasē Boutique E-Gift Card only.
Klasē Boutique does not provide return shipping labels.
Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date. Return items must be post marked no later than 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for credit. Items sent beyond the 7 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Item(s) must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
- Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or odor.
Final Sales/ Non-Returnable:
- MASKs, Sets sold with mask, bodysuits, swimwear, basic wear, white items, and undergarments.
- Items marked final sale.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received in our facility.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a store credit. Please email email@example.com for assistance.)
We are unable to accommodate exchanges. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) in accordance with our return policy and repurchase the item(s) once your store credit is issued.
